Return & Exchange Policy

At The 9to5 Mode, we believe in looks that never take a break - and neither should your shopping experience.

Since this is our debut drop and every piece is crafted in a limited batch, here’s how we’re keeping things simple, clear and clean:


Size Exchange (Within 36 Hours)

If your piece doesn’t fit right, no stress.

We’ll happily exchange it for a different size (if available).

Request your exchange within 36 hours of receiving your order by dropping us an email.

Email us at support@9to5mode.com with your:

  • Order Number

  • Item you want to exchange 

  • Preferred size

  • Reason for exchange

We’ll get back to you within 24 hours with the next steps.

 


 

No Refunds (For Now)

As a small-batch, made-to-wear label, we currently don’t offer refunds.

But we’ll make sure your order works for you through sizing adjustments or Mode Credits (fully redeemable points).

 


 

Mode Credits (If Stock Runs Out)

If your required size isn’t available for exchange, we’ll issue you a Mode Credit (store credit) for the full amount - valid for 90 days on any future 9to5 Mode drop.

 


 

Return Pickup Charges (If applicable)

In most cases, you’ll need to self-ship your exchange piece to our return address.
If you’re in a metro city, a pickup can be arranged at an additional charge.

Note: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
